Speed Racking/Racing

Speed racking is a bi-lateral, four-beat gait, often called a “single-foot”, and requires speed, style, class and action to be successful in the show ring. Registering a racking horse requires them to perform a true four-beat gait and the books are open to any breed.

Since 2011, the USTA has sponsored the Speed Pacing Champion at the Speed Racking Groups Celebration in Jamestown, TN. For more information on the event, click here for the show flyer.
